Day Treatment Program

The Day Treatment Service of the Mood and Anxiety Program will provide a multidisciplinary team approach for patients requiring aftercare and longer term support. This service will be provided in three phases. Phase 1 will pilot the provision of service to clients residing in the schizophrenia program. Phase 2 will provide intensive outpatient treatment for 12 weeks and Phase 3 will provide follow-up and supportive care for 6-9 months. This rehabilitative care will include: training /retraining in activities of daily living, identification of specialized social supports, lifestyle education and skill building as well as ongoing support and psychoeducation.
