Cancellation Policy Prior to Start Date
Refunds for advance (prior to start date) cancellation will be subject to an administrative fee of $50.00. Cancellation notice
must be communicated in writing by email or by mail. Phone calls/messages will not be accepted.
CAMH will confirm your cancellation request within three business days of your submission/receipt of request.
Course Withdrawal Policy After Start Date
Withdrawals from a course are accepted within two weeks from the course's start date. Withdrawals must be communicated in
writing and are subject to an administrative fee of $100.00. Phone calls/messages will not be accepted. A refund of the
full tuition amount (minus the administration fee) will be processed within seven business days from confirmation of withdrawal.
CAMH will confirm your withdrawal request within three business days of your submission/receipt of request.
Transfer and Substitution Policy
Transfers between course offerings (e.g. Fall vs. Winter) are only allowed within the first two weeks from the course's start
date. Course transfers must be communicated in writing and may only be done once without fee penalties. There is an administrative
fee of $100.00 for this service.
Transfers between courses themselves (e.g. Course A vs. Course B) are only allowed within the first two weeks from the course's
start date, providing availability of space. There is no administrative fee for course - to - course transfer within the same
semester. Course transfers must be communicated in writing and may only be done once without fee penalties.
Substitutions are allowed prior to course start date. Substitutions are not allowed once the course has begun.
Substitutions include exchanging one individual's registration for another individual's registration. There is an additional
$100.00 administrative fee for transferring enrollment between individuals.
CAMH will confirm your transfer/substitution request within three business days of your submission/receipt of request.
