either mental health or addictions. Some possible preparatory courses and tutorials include:
Requirements
To receive a certificate of completion for the Concurrent Disorders Certificate Program, you must:
- successfully complete the Concurrent Disorders Core Course
- successfully complete two elective courses within a four-year period after starting the core course
- complete all components of the certificate program’s learning contract
- submit a written request to graduate, listing the specific courses you have completed to meet the requirements for a certificate.
To ensure that the electives will help to expand participants’ knowledge in the area of concurrent disorders, electives must

Participants will need to either re-take those courses or select electives that they have not previously taken.
