Alcohol Dependence Scale (ADS)

This kit is one of the most widely used and reliable clinical tools for measuring the severity of alcohol dependence and assessing clients with alcohol problems. Based on the World Health Organization’s theoretical concept of a core alcohol dependence syndrome, the 25-item questionnaire can be quickly administered and scored by hand.
