Queen Street Redevelopment

Site News for Neighbours

The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health seeks to be a good neighbour in the Queen Street West community throughout the transformation of our site at 1001 Queen Street West. We at CAMH are proud of the history of community involvement and participation in the development, and now implementation of Transforming Lives Here. An inclusive process which began with a series of visioning workshops, charettes and open houses in 2000-2001 continues today with ongoing consultation through the Neighbourhood Liaison Committee (NLC) and regular updates.

Where and how to find information

This website is intended to be the main public resource for those interested in our project. CAMH also maintains a number of other communication vehicles, including regular e-bulletins providing updates on the redevelopment project and the quarterly delivery of approximately 5000 bulletins to homes and business in our immediate area - the sidebar on the right-hand side of this page lists our e-bulletins. If you are interested in joining our e-list to receive bulletins and information about NLC meetings, please contact CAMH's community information line at (416) 535-8501 ex. 1650. For specific questions about the redevelopment project, please dial (416) 535-8501 ex. 3330 or e-mail redevelopment_feedback@camh.net.
