Recognizing the role fitness plays in mental health and well-being, proceeds from the Don River Run go towards CAMH’s Fitness
in Treatment Research Advisory Panel, which works to create more access to recreational activities for people with mental
health or addictions challenges.
WHAT: 13th annual Don River Run for Recovery
WHEN: Sunday August 26 at 10 a.m.
WHERE: CAMH's Brentcliffe Road site (175 Brentcliffe Road, Toronto)

The Honourable George Smitherman, Minister of Health and Long-Term Care, will be in attendance to give remarks and kick off the event.
The Honourable Kathleen Wynne, Minister of Education will participate in the run and take part in the awards ceremony afterward.
Andreas Heiner will take part in the run and will share the story of his struggle with mental illness.
The run will begin promptly at 10AM and the award ceremony will begin at 11:30AM
