Don River Run for Recovery 2007

The 13th Annual Don River Run for Recovery is a 10 km run and 5 km run or walk which will be held on Sunday August 26, 2007 at 10 a.m. It caters to a range of participants:


  • those who are interested in serious competition

  • those who are interested in fitness

  • those who are interested in family fun

  • those who are interested in helping people.

The run will be focussed on creating a fun family day for participants, with food, draw prizes and entertainment, while at the same time promoting public awareness about addiction and mental health issues which affect about one in four Canadians.

At CAMH, we appreciate how physical activity contributes to our psychological as well as our physical well-being. This race is about our organization inviting you to join us in 'walking and running the talk.' All proceeds from this run will be directed towards making wellness-related activities more accessible to those at CAMH.
