Research Volunteer Placement at CAMH
At CAMH, research is not just about “discovering” it is also about sharing and applying our discoveries to the communities,
thus bringing what was once a research technology directly to our clients. People with addiction and mental health issue face many challenges and with research we bring hope and inspiration for a better
tomorrow.
Research Volunteers assist staff in obtaining information necessary for research projects. The departments in which volunteers
work vary depending on the availability of the programs. The skills required for these positions include knowledge of research methodology and some prior relevant experience. Length of commitment is contingent upon the assignment; volunteers can assist 5 to 8 hours per week.

- Social, Prevention & Health Policy Research Department, also London Ontario

- Clinical Research
- Positron Emission Tomography (PET)
