Need to hire? Employment Support and Development (ESD) can work for you! ESD is part of the Community Support and Research Unit at CAMH. The ESD team assists employers to connect to a skilled pool of candidates. During 2007/2008 the ESD team helped place over 100 employees in a variety of occupations including:

• Hospitality
• Professional/Business/Financial

Who We Are

The ESD team works with people who have mental health and addiction histories who want to find and keep a job. ESD at CAMH helps people link up to a wide variety of jobs, including casual, part time, and full time work.

	We have found that the clients of ESD that we hire are dedicated and hard working. They are the life, drive and energy behind many of the programs we run. The clients and the support from ESD has helped us to learn and change to become a more truly diverse and inclusive organization.
