Families Helping Families

The following are outcomes, created by family members and staff, that all clinical programs are striving towards in the area of Families Helping Families. 

Outcome 1:

Staff members are knowledgeable about community resources for family peer support and inform families of these resources.

Outcome 2:

The team supports families to meet together for peer support, either with a facilitator or on their own, where there is a need.
