Tenant Rights: Moving Out

If you want to move out of your rental unit, you must tell your landlord in writing.  If you pay your rent weekly, you must give your landlord 28 days notice between your letter and the day you move out.  If you pay your rent monthly, you must give your landlord 60 days notice between your letter and the day that you move out.
