Tenant Rights: Maintenance

As a tenant, you have to keep your rental unit clean and up to the standard that most people would consider normal cleanliness.  If you cause any damage to your property, you have to pay to have it fixed.  The landlord must keep your building in a good state of repair and must follow all health, safety and maintenance standards.
