Mental Health and Addiction Baseline Service and Capacity Determination
In collaboration with other CAMH staff supported the completion of the report entitled Identification of Service Gaps and Priorities in the Mental Health and Addictions Sector in the TC LHIN: A Starting Point, which identified service gaps, population needs and planning priorities across the LHIN. It was used by the TC LHIN as the
foundation for the development of priorities for the IHSP-2, 2010-2013.
TC LHIN Service Capacity Overview Project (SCOP)
Provided support for ongoing system planning and program development toward confirming and enhancing the current service capacity
of mental health and addiction providers in the TCLHIN. Worked with Project Consultant to:
- Confirm the current service capacity of community mental health and addiction providers
- Develop a methodology for determination of required capacity
- Recommend capacity levels
