Luciana Rodrigues - Health Promotion and Prevention

OpiATE Project

The goal of this project is to disseminate and evaluate a sustainable bio-psycho-social treatment model for people with opioid dependence and address opiate drug use prevention issues by: providing resources in partnerships with other provincial groups through training and professional supports, engaging communities, and raising awareness. Luciana is leading a component of the project which aims to assist people with lived experience in sharing their stories with health professionals and the wider community.
