TC LHIN Mental Health and Addictions Network

This local network acts as a resource to the TC LHIN regarding identifying gaps and providing feedback to proposed systems changes. Sajedeh supports the network in meeting its objectives of identifying gaps in services and working collaboratively to support planning and implementation of initiatives that enhance mental health and addiction services in the TC LHIN.

 

Concurrent Disorders Support Services Network

CAMH has played a leadership role with addictions and mental health partners to identify system-level responses to address the needs of persons with concurrent disorders. One of the system-level responses resulted in the development of the Concurrent Disorders Support Service (CDSS) to provide integrated and accessible services for marginalized and homeless clients with concurrent disorders. Sajedeh has recently joined CDSS to support its various system and capacity building initiatives. CDSS has recently led in cross-sector initiatives aimed at building capacity in the field of concurrent disorders, particularly in working with marginalized groups.
