Eastern Ontario Area

Welcome to the Eastern Ontario Area portion of the CAMH Website.   The Eastern Ontario Area of CAMH is comprised of the Southeast LHIN and the Champlain LHIN and includes major communities such as Ottawa (Hub Office), Renfrew, Cornwall, Smiths Falls, Brockville, Kingston (Hub Office), Belleville, and Quinte West.

Please note that clinical services are not available from CAMH Community Offices. Please contact ConnexOntario for information about alcohol and drug, gambling and mental health services in your area.

Office Locations

The Eastern Ontario Area is comprised of two Hub offices to which a number of staff are connected. These offices are located in Ottawa and Kingston. What's New in The Eastern Ontario Area

  • LHIN Liaison
    • CAMH Provincial Services Consultants continue to liaise with LHIN staff and the providers of addiction, mental health, and other health & social services to build an integrated system of services and supports for people with addictions and mental health illnesses.

  • Local Network Development
    • CAMH Provincial Services consultants are working closely with new and established partners, networks, and coalitions.

  • Resource Development and Training
    • CAMH Provincial Services consultants continue to identify sector-specific, local and provincial needs and translate these needs into evidence-based resources and training.

  • Policy Development and Advocacy
    • CAMH Provincial Services consultants are working closely a variety of partners to bring content expertise to policy development at the local level.

  • Public Education
    • CAMH Provincial Services consultants provide local community and media agents with newsworthy information.  We also work with local networks and coalitions to design and implement public education initiatives.
