Kim has been or is currently involved in the development, implementation and evaluation of various community training/professional
development initiatives. These include:
- Responding to Older Adults with Substance Use, Mental Health and Gambling Problems
- Prescription Opioids and Pain Management in Clinical Practice: Challenges and Strategies
- Alcohol Risk and Chronic Disease Forum
- Youth, Drugs and Mental Health
- Making the Connection Work: Identification and Support for Older Adults with Mental Health and/or Substance Use Problems
- Let’s Talk about Stigma
Kim is also able to respond to specific training requests from Waterloo-Wellington addiction and mental health agencies, education,
