Systems Planning and Development

Program Consultant: Alan Cudmore, Hamilton Office, CAMH

Alan assists local mental health and addiction coalitions with their planning and development processes. This work includes literature reviews, facilitating group process, writing proposals, developing educational strategies, and introducing new tools and concepts into the field. Of particular interest is the development of plans for how the mental health and addiction system will respond to the needs of those living with concurrent disorders.

The LHIN Exchange enables mental health and addiction stakeholders to share news about developments in their Local Health Integration Network with others across the province.
