Local Project for Program Consultant - Bonnie Polych, Niagara, CAMH

Bonnie has been involved in planning, implementing and/or evaluating various training initiatives in the Niagara area.  They include:

  • The annual Niagara IMPACT Youth Conference an event sponsored by the Niagara Drug Awareness Committee and currently funded by Health Canada and the Ontario Trillium Foundation
  • Niagara Parent Forum: Raising Resilient Children an event sponsored by the Niagara Drug Awareness Committee and currently funded by Health Canada and the Ontario Trillium Foundation
  • Psychopharmacology:  Interactions Between Psychiatric Medications and Drugs of Abuse Workshops in partnership with Oak Centre
  • Physician and Pharmacist’s Prescription Opioids  CME credited training
  • Introduction to Diversity which, deals with both client service issues and workplace culture
  • CAMH in the Community events

Bonnie is also able to respond to specific mental health and addiction training requests from Niagara agencies.
