Schizophrenia Program - Ventures

Outpatient Continuing Care service that provides client centred mental health services based on the principles of psychosocial rehabilitation to persons suffering from schizophrenia. Using a multidisciplinary team approach, clients are provided with psychiatric and discipline specific assessment; linkages to community supports and services; clinical case coordination; community support; and individual counselling. Psychoeducation is provided to clients, families/significant others and community partners.
