Schizophrenia Program - ProAct

Outpatient Continuing Care service addresses the needs of adults suffering from schizophrenia who require intensive service. The multidisciplinary team members follow the principles of psychosocial rehabilitation. The goal is to maintain this chronic population in community living. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
