Medication Assessment Program for Schizophrenia (MAPS)

The Medication Assessment Program for Schizophrenia (MAPS) offers rapid out-patient consultation services for individuals whose medication therapy is sub-optimal. This service also includes a clozapine clinic. MAPS will evaluate the effectiveness of an individual’s medication in controlling symptoms, assess side effects, and address any antipsychotic-induced movement disorders. The detailed assessments and recommendations focus on choosing a medication best suited to the individual’s needs.
