CARE

This outpatient Continuing Care service is designed to serve the seriously mentally ill with a diagnosis of schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder. A team of multidisciplinary health care professionals, following the principles of psychosocial rehabilitation, provides one-to-one counselling and support to meet the goals of the client.

Treatment is client-directed and focuses on living, learning, working and social needs.
