Information Management Group (IMG)

Information Management Group (IMG) provides CAMH with centralized expertise in highly technical and specialized areas of information management, supporting the information technology infrastructure, as well as providing coordinated end-user training.

IMG includes the following divisions:

Information Technology: Applications and Technical Services
Telecom Services & Transcription/Dictation Services
Decision Support & Patient Information Services
Drug and Alcohol Treatment Information System (DATIS)

IMG's focus is to provide an increased accessibility to information, enabling CAMH to apply effective decision-making, maximizing utilization and operational resources for the Clinical, Research, and Policy and Planning areas. IMG will continue to collect, manage, protect, classify, and analyze client information resulting in optimal reporting to various CAMH constituents and external agencies. IMG will support all staff through the effective use of technology at CAMH, including, but not limited to telephones, hardware, software, systems, and network components.
