Decision Support

Decision Support provides information and support to assist CAMH's evidence-based clinical practice, complex decision making, and to develop indicators and monitor outcomes CAMH. The Department provides expertise in data collection, analysis, interpretation and reporting of information to key stakeholders to support operational and strategic decisions. In collaboration with other programs, Decision Support provides guidance in identifying benchmarks, targets, and quality indicators for performance measurement. Specific services include:

Development and production of CAMH’s Balanced Scorecard;
Leadership in development of indicators to measure strategic & program level performance, utilization management, benchmarking & outcomes initiatives;
Patient Profiles and analysis of clinical data;
Ad hoc reports;
Assistance in operating plan and functional plan development;
Implementation of CAMH-wide client satisfaction survey.
