Mood Disorders Associations are non-profit, self-help organizations committed to improving the quality of life for people
with mood disorders, their families, and their friends. They accomplish this through mutual support, information, and education.
Most chapters offer:
- regular peer support groups and support groups for families
- telephone information and support
- information meetings with experts
- a newsletter
- a resource centre and library.
